This version of the NY Cosmos has been all tied up of late. Most of these ties have been in a come from behind fashion that takes its toll on the players at every level mentally, emotionally and of course physically as playing from behind is so demanding. Rather than netting one in the last minutes, Juan Guerra found the back of the net in less than 20. A penalty kick for each team and a goal off a restart rounded out the points for the evening. Playing well at the start, NY seemed to have turned the tide on weak beginnings. but this seemed to be a false hope.
