Camp is completed, off to Carson and the date with Coast Rica on  Feb. 1 at 3:55 p.m. ET on ESPNews, UniMas & TUDN from Dignity Health Sports Park. 26 took part overall in the just completed weeks at the IMG Academy. No they do not have a new player in a fashion, that is his name, yet another player out of the Israel Premier League, like the last player, Gadi is from Africa but Ethiopia. He arrives in the midwest on a one year loan from Beitar Jerusalem by way of TAM. There is an option for Sporting to make the transfer permanent following this coming season. With over 200 games at the top level in Israel since the age of 17, when he went pro in 2011 he had been atop the league as one of the premier central midfielders for the first part of their current 2019-'20 year.

There were many hundreds of fanaticos present to give him a caliente bienvenido to the city and league. LAX is most times hectic, today, the day after it was official, madness. Chants of his name and cell phones were omnipresent as he made his way through the throng.

During the home game in 2019, at Red Bull the new home venue for the NSWL team, she was honored for 100th game from July 28. The defender is back in the fold now has a one year deal with an option. At 30, she arrived in NJ last year from the Spirit, she had 15 starts last year. Her career began with the WPS and their Philadelphia Independence, 2010-'12, then off to OZ and Sydney FC from 2011-'12. 2013 had Estelle with the Western NY Flash for 22 games as they went 2nd in the NWSL. TIme off in 2014, had her recharged in 2015 and back to the top women's league on the earth with the Spirit.

First Round for Lamar Hunt US Open CUp is Set

Local teams, NPSL & USL teams begin play Mar. 24 & 25 as 2nd round  and other pairings are to be set on Jan. 29. 38 teams over 14 states will start the 107th go 'round for the US Soccer National Championship. These teams will be part of 13 local qualifiers, 14 NPSL teams and 11 from USL Two. Over this pair of days, the teams are the top amateurs nation wide, going at different open Div.  teams in this single elimination contest. There exists a First Round Provision to reduce travel, as such, more than 20% of the teams are meeting those in the same qualifying pool.

Sims Wings it back to NYRB

Josh Sims has had his loan with NYRB renewed by Premier League side Southampton through June 30 and an option to extend. At just 22, Sims is the age of those drafted into MLS and brings far more experience out of England, yet still qualifies as a Young Designated Player.

What a long strange trip it has beeen for Leonard Owusu from his town of  Accra and their team Dreams FC, to the mid east and the Israeli Premier League's FC Ashdod, now for Canada and the MLS with Vancouver. A quick 2 year term with Ashdod then off to MLS has yet another from Ghana playing in the league. The central midfielder was signed via TAM  for a contract of 2 years and an option of one.

Friday during their convention, United Soccr Coaches made it known that there is a new person on their Board of Directors, and has been appointed for the next 6 years, with the position of VP for the  four of these years, then one as President and the last as Immediate Past President.

Rusty stated " I'm truly honored to be the next Vice President of United Soccer Coaches. I'm looking forward to what the future holds for United Soccer Coaches and am excited for the opportunity to serve the membership."

From Bogota FC in Colombia to the Pacific Northwest, I hope Dajome packed his parka. The 26 year old midfielder and wing player was part of the 2019 Copa Sudamericana while on loan to Edcuadorian Serie A Independiente del Valle in Nov., tying for first place in goals scored for his team in the tourney with 4 goals over 11 games. He has a two year deal with an option for 2022.

While in Ecuador Cristian had 9 goals and 4 assists over 39 games in 2019. In his Colombia, from 2013-'19 he had 207 games and hit for 36 goals overall.
