Fifteen minutes of play into the 2nd half saw the 'Caps draw first blood as the 17 year old Russell Teibert found Kei with a crossing ball to the head. Just 17 minutes later another new 'Cap, Mexican int'l Efrain Juarez played a ball on the right to Techera as Davies stayed inside and put the left footed shot home.
