The NY Cosmos bounced back in sparkling fashion, spanking the opposition 7-1. Though out of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup they are quite in the thick of things in the NPSL. Their 7 c' or rather g's finshed the Rough Diamonds in no time. The opening half closed with NY up 3-0, with a pair of goals from Charlie Ledula and a pk conversion by Junior Burgos. 4 more would be mined off the Diamonds in the second stanza, by Salvator Barone, Bledi Bardic and a brace(let) against the Diamonds by Aly Hassan.

Kyle Duncan picked up a yellow in first half added time, this unsporting behavior seems to now be an epidemic. Casseres Jr was assited by Ivan just 11' in, the 2nd half saw Nealis get his first MLS goal from Murillo then White, his 2nd from Fernandez at 85'. FC Dallas out shot NY big time 15-9 with 6 on goal to the quartet from NY.

Another win for NYCFC this one out on the left coast before almost 23,000 Galaxy faithful. With a trio of adjustments to his starting lineup from the win by the same score in Montreal with Mararrita, Rocha and Sands getting the go from the go to help get 3 away wins in a row, quite the change from the early season winless times. Starting with 3 in the back helped the first quater hour to be all NYCFC with Ring, Moralez & Tinnerholm playing a big role with that. Ring tried to first get on the sheet at just 17'.
