In front of 8,433 Crew faithful, Columbus sent DC packing 3-1. For DC, Asad netted his 2nd goal of the young season, he now has a pair with an assist over 4 starts. Luciano Acosta now has his initial assist of 2018 to go with one goal over 2 starts. Chris Durkin in his first MLS game got the start and complete game in under his belt. 2nd generation DC player, Ian Harkes made his first start for the year. David Ousted made 4 saves, a personal high with United. Chris Odoi-Atsem got in 12 minutes as a late sub and his first minutes.
readThe home field of Louisville City was left unplayable by field conditions from inclement weather and had to be postponed. The Saturday game at 3p.m. was to be the first meeting of the two, an anouncement is expected soon for the rescheduled date. NCFC is next up against Richmond Kickers in VA March 31 @ 5p.m. at City Stadium.
