No, not his father of the ES National Team of the 80's but Junior Burgos, father Efrain has retired, however they play the same position. Junior informed "I'm excited and motivated for a new challenge, especially with such a prestigious and historic organizatioin like the New York Cosmos." At 30 he is in his playing prime and is fully expected to lend a creative touch to the team bringing with him his reputation as a restart specialist, one of which lead to the 2015 NASL Goal of the Year. The Fire and Section 8 Chicago jointly let it be known that a new supporters section has been established in section 137. They both are expected to pack the house at the newly named SeatGeek Stadium on Mar. 9 for the home opener facing Orlando at noon. All groups and the team alike have recommitted to back Fire For Food, the initative of the team to raise funds in support of the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Former HC of the USMNT, Dave Sarachan has added another form the NT program in Peay and Dave stated, " It's great to have Clint here, I've known him for many years and he's certainly built up quite a bit of experience working at a variety of different levels." As a player his resume is stellar, Olympics, 4x NCAA champ, 3x MLS Cup winner & a Lamar Hunt US Open Cup trophy to his credit. Peay added, "Obviously I'm very excited. This is a great club. One player per point on the star of the logo for the Courage is what has just happened on the newly released roster for the USWNT. From Long Island of course Crystal Dunn, Abby Dahlkemper, Jessica McDonald, Sam Mewis McCall Zerboni all rostered with Merritt Mathias who we met at a clinic on LI this winter will be a non rostered player in camp.
