He is with the team for this and the team holds the option on next season, he will take up an international spot. Fire GM & Pres. The Venezuelan striker is headed to Chile on a full season loan to the Primera Division team. There is an option for the team to buy the player as well. 'Caps HC, Marco Dos Santos explained, "This loan will allow Anthony to grow as a player."
