In that the team has not been able to close games out, a prime example being their most recent 85' giving up a goal, snatching a tie from the hands of victory. They were not doing their typical pressing and relented on a soft goal, they look the same on the scoreboard. Literally last night when I was asked by an A Lic. Coach by USSF as to how they are doing, I cited the record and the fact that they had had given away a few games.

The punishment I feel does fit the crime, but justice delayed is in this case, justice denied. It is not the same team, players executives, coach etc. as the year before, they must suffer for these misdeeds, done before their arrival, why not last year, lose home games or other such penalties. They crossed the budgetary and roster regulations of the league. They placed in the wrong classifications Matuidi & Reyes, they were to be listed as DP's, but that would have had the team over 3. Further numbers were fudged in the pay of Pirez, Figal & Caranza.
