This is why the teams have academies, now moving up to the first team are Julian Chavez, Aris Yang & Diego Ramos to sign USL Academy deals then tomorrow they will be on the 23 player roster for the first game of this USL season. The great system they have in place there continues to add to their first team as well as USNT's at different levels. In just 3 years, a dozen such players have signed, namely Hayden Sargis & Mario Meneagos who inked their deals earlier this year.

Long term MLS side, Chicago Fire and Forward Madison FC have gotten together, with Madison being their USL affiliate club. This should come as no surprise as Peter Wilt for one has deep ties to both teams. They are very proximate to each other, some 2.5 hours by car, allowing the Fire to keep good tabs on players of interest.

Chicago Fire SD Gerog Heitz told "We are thrilled to partner with Foward Madison FC as our USL affiliate. Madison is one of the best run clubs in USL and provides the opportunity for our younger players to develop at a top-tier organizatoin."

FCB the biggest club in all of Germany and one of the top teams world wide in the history of the game has begun a new effort to combat the racism that has gotten more than a toe hold of late in the game. The gaol of this is to halt the exclusion, insults & intolerance in soccer.

Tony Meola well known on the island as he was with the National Champion Long Island Rough Riders, the MLS team Metro Stars and of course the USMNT, out of NJ. Arlo White is the lead play-by-paly for NBC Sports Group and their PL games, he is back to MLS. Tyler Terens who had played college ball is thought of as one of the top young American football voices, and will handle the color. This trio will handle the call on the 24 locally broadcast games of WGN-TV & ESPN +. Kicking off on Mar. 7 with the Revs. away, the coverage will start at 12:15 p.m.

Yes, not out of Manchester City in England, but the lastest player to sign in from Liverpool FC, Uruguay, Nicolas Acevedo, who is with their YNT as well and will of course take up an international spot on the team. Just awarded the "Joven Talento del 2019" Young Talent of 2019 designation by the FA, given to the best U-21 player in their leagues, he at just 20 had 31 games and helped Liverpool to 5th in the league. This great showing got him the call up to the U-20's and he guided the team to the Sweet 16 in this last U-20 World Cup in Poland.
