This Week with USSF and Their "Bend th Curve. Stay at Home" Effort

This campaign of the Federation keeps on with the push for soccer supporters nation wide to continue to adhere to the reccomendations of the medical field that ae key to fight the scourge that is the Coronavirus. This week, they will again bring plenty of content to help keep all home and engaged.

Monday had a vote on the best team uniform of all time for the Senior National Teams. Yesterday was trivia day, seeking the names of all who have helped to fill their opponents goal with goals on behalf of the USWNT in World Cup play.

MLS Update on Restarating

At regular intervals, the league keeps on judging the effect of the Coronavirus, not limited to the impact it is having on their 2020 season. Despite wanting to get back and play in Mid-May, it is not expecteed, due to the advice of federal and local public health officials. The hope still is getting in as many games as is possible, now, there are still enough dates to get in the whole of the schedule, they are aware that soon there may not be. Every day more is known from the medical professionals, MLS anticipates more information as time moves on as to when they may resume.

The Whitecaps Have Daily Content for Young Fans

Each and everyday until this Coronavirus crisis departs, the team willl have live shows and new content for the young ones. This will feature Spike and players, train from the living room with BMO Academy staff and close out the day with more live shows, classic games and more new content.

Now through Friday, each day will have:

Charlie Hatch, team digital host and writer along with Alex Stec from the website are the hosts and it will feature special guests and insights weekly. Sporting KC teams up with City Foods & Events and Operation BBQ Relief

This new trio having bonded together will supply hot meals to those impacted by the Coronavirus crisis in KC. THose Kansas Citians who need will get help from this lauch, Sporting Community Kitchen with 1,000 meals every weekday city wide. From this Monday, April 13, it will put out 250 four packs of meals to those out of work as a result of this crisis.
