NCFC brings the season to a close with 5 of their 7 games away, not an easy task in a playoff push, the next one is Sept. 21 @ 7p.m at Coolray Field. The home team has been far from consistent this season sitting in 14th place with 23 point. They are a bit of a faceless team as they draw players from hither and yon, MLS, academy teams and more, all populating their roster. Last matchup, NCFC won 4-0 in Cary and they hope for more of the same on the road. Now sitting just 3 points out of 8th place and a playoff spot, they have plenty to play for, the last playoff spot.
