Last game in DC, Aaron Long equalled Stever Jolley for tops in goals with 7 among defenders. Maybe 2 wins straight and maybe their 4th blank sheet of the year, having shutout Atlanta, NYCFC & DC?

Aarong Long stated after the last game "I think we have no shortage of talented center backs on this team. It was a flawless performance from the 3 of us. We were very confortable. I think that week of rest kind of helped us back there. It was a good performance."

This is the first time he has been brought in for his seleccion. They are set to face maybe Kaku with a game in Paraguay and Colombia. The final roster is to be made in advance of the Oct. 9 game in Colombia. The Caracas native has 848 minutes already this season.

There are others from the league called in for Venezuela, Navarro, Feltscher, Moreno, Martinez, Zambrano, Cadiz and of course former player and current HC of the Timbers, Giovanni Saverese.

NY dominates this young series of games overall at 3-1-0, and are on a roll at home 2-0-0 leading of couse in goals, 4-2. Last time in the friendly confines of RBA, the home team dropped the 2nd of a pair of games in drastic fashion, have they righted their ship with a far better game away and a win? The 14 points of NYRB should be 17 at the end as FCC have but 9, remember this is 2020, anything is possible.The game starts at 7 and yes we are so there.

Yes, kinda sorta hoping some read into this as being Gio but, alas, not all will. Yordy was sent there by Vancouver for $400K in GAM, they will get more should he re-up, get traded or transferred, est assured he will, $400,000 for the balance of his contract is a steep price. Also going south is an international roster spot. Since coming on in Jan. 2017, Reyna had 86 games, 65 starts over all games with 21 goals and 17 assists.

What a week, a pair of assists facing DC United to snap a 2 game losing streak and tying for #10 in team lore with assists. He is back in his seleccion for Peru & Venezuela come October. He is among the 37 called in by skipper Eduardo "Toto" Berizzo on Friday. He had his first International game facing Japan June 12, 2018. On the year he has 734' for 3 assists and a goal.
