St. John's University who this season had no less than 3 alums playing internationally and saw Rachel Daly named her team MVP with the Houston Dash, will host the First Round of the tourney. Kicking off at 1 p.m. from Belson Stadium will be home to the games. St. John's has the opening game facing Providence College.

Saturday 4 p.m. on ESPN+, watch NYRBII try to avenge both 2-1 losses this year to the soon to be MLS side as NY puts their 3 game road win streak on the line and seek their 4th straight Eastern Conference FInal. After winning on Saturday, they will face the victor with the Louisville & Bethlehelm game. Saturday is a meeting between the top and #2 goal scoring teams in USL. with NY in 2nd by a goal with 71, they have let up just 6 over their last 5 games.

USWNT HC Jill Ellis has selected her team to go to Europe, facing Portugal in Lisbon 11/8 @1p.m. ET on ESPN2 & Scotland in Glasgow 11/13 @2p.m. ET on FS1 & UDN. These are the first games since taking the title in the Concacaf Champions Tournament with a stunning 26-0 goal differential and a dominating 5-0 record since 1985 when they were formed, oh yes they also made their way to the FIFA World Cup in 2019 hosted by France. These two games open as the team seeks win #500, quite the mile stone, boasting a record of 499-65-74.

NYCFC won the Atlantic Cup in the last game at RFK now they have lost their frist at Audi Field, the new, Green home of the United, we are unsure if they took the racoons with them.  This loss although never good to lose so near the start of the 2nd season is tempered by the fact that they are already in for it and anything but a loss on the 28th facing the Union has them in spot #3 of the Eastern Conference. Following 3 weeks of no games and minus both Berget & Moralez, the deck was stacked against the vistors from the start before the 20,000 United faithful.

These two met last in the playoffs just last season, a 4-0 win for the baby bulls who enter the 2nd season as the #5 team in the East. Now on a 3 game winning streak and undefeated over their last 6 they are coming in hot with 13 goals over their last 3 games with the historic Battery. NY last lost a playoff game in regualr time back in 2015, to the also historic Rochester Rhinos. Last year NY advanced to the conference finals, losing to Louisville City in PK's.
