Fans and a 5 member group are set to name the MVP from these games that will close out around 9 p.m. ET as the US take on Argentina kicking off at 7 on FS1 & TUDN. The USWNT need but to win or tie to take the title. VISA in their 2nd straight year as the presenting sponsor of this honor, to be presented following the US game. Last year, the title was taken by Spain's Alexia Putellas. My pick, should she play and of course keep yet another clean sheet would be the US GK Naeher.

The United States took on Brazil yesterday for the second match of the 2021 “SheBelieves Cup”, dispatching the “Canarinhas” 2-0 in a game which coach reduced his anxiety over the team’s outlook going forward.
They have been doing a great many Zoom based media opportunities, around the SheBelieves Cup, most with well under 24 hours notice, making it difficult to schedule them in. Not only was I able to be in on this one, I was lucky enough to be called upon, quite the rarity. Many questions were put out about the kneeling of the team, in as much as I am against it, I will not touch on it, it was brought up that the team is now moving from the protest stage to the work stage.
The newest player as approved to play for the US, Catarina, a Brazilian by birth, played her University ball here, has departed the USWNT as she goes back to Europe as previously agreed to. She must now quarantine for a week as per French law and be able to play for her club team on March 4 facing Brondy a Danish team in the UEFA Women's Championship League Round of 16. She did play in the opening game for the US facing Canada, a 1-0 draw and earlier games as well. She now has 3 caps with 2 starts.
Red Bull GM Marc de Grandpre made an "Official Cub Statement" following the Gov. and tenant at RBA relative to the announcement of the Gov.
Game Report: USA vs Brazil SBC 2021 Michael A. Saunders The United States took on Brazil yesterday for the second match of the 2021 “She Believes Cup”, dispatching the “Canarinhas” 2-0 in a game which reduced his anxiety over the team’s outlook going forward.
This is not intended to touch on every thing that was of note during the game, I was not 100% attentive, I am sure omitted things that I did observe and my handwriting got worse in the 2nd half but here it is:
Early in the game there was a free kick from just beyond the area, it was struck on into the wall, not a bad tactic from a distance but from so close any error and it is a goal, none will jump and if it deflects anywhere but forward it is easily handled or out of play, this is what happened hit the wall staying far from the goal.
Canada was down a good 4-5 players including Sinclair and the US took way too long to get their first goal, 79' from a 64' substitute, Rose Lavelle, barely 10' to go and they finally net one, way too long. Allowing a far inferior team, but not on this night, to hang around and give them a punchers chance not good at all. Beating a depleted team that your "B" Team should trounce, by one, is not a good thing with Brazil up next. Every game is a statement game, Europe is closing the gap in a big way, the US must make it known that they are still the big dogs, should they still be.
