Seattle takes on the 'Caps Oct. 3 @ 7:08 PT on TSN1/4 & TSN Radio 1040. For the first time in 5 games the 'Caps have had a full complement of days rest between games, they will need it following 5 games in 16 days and now taking on the champs. They just came out of a busy time and now enter another, arriving back home Mon., they got together on Wed. and will fly today to Seattle. Last week was another Cascadia Cup game and this one is no different as the last 11 out of 13 games have been with playoff teams as per the stadings of game day.

They finished last season at the home of RBNY, they will play tomorrow in the home of RBNYII, Montclair State at 12:30p.m. ET, watch along on Twitch. Due to the ongoing pandemic this game is to be played before none of the team's faithful, there will of course be a a virtual tailgate.
It has been one year and 4 day since the last home game for this team. They are taking on the Spirit featuring Sam Staab who we interviewd after she was drafted into the NWSL for the 2nd time during this Fall Series. Sept. 5 saw Sky Blue take a 2-1 goal as Midge Purce tucked away the PK in the 92'.

They are building their sports group and have installed a Performance Dept. to join the athletic development and medical pieces and have Bunce, James Bunce at the helm.
At just 34, he has a vast level of experience in the states and England. With the USSF since 2017, he was the Dir. of High Performance Dept. of the USSF. covering all 21 NT's, even the 2019 World Cup Winners. He is a grad of Univ. of Portsmouth for Sport Science, and jumped rright in at Portsmouth in 2017. There he headed the physical preperation at the Academy, then moved up to the Head of Athletic Development.

Unlike lat week with so many suspension and fines doled out, this week just a pair of instances warranted action from the MLS Disciplinary Comittee. See video of the transgressions on the Facebook pages of their cities, EG: Alex Muly on Soccer Nashville Magazine.
Alex Muyl of Nashville was issued a fine for simulation/embellishment from the 42' of the Dynamo game on Sept. 26.
A pair of 'Quakes were hit for entering the field at 94' agains LAFC Sept. 27, they also were fined.
