In a game they played well enough to win, had enough chances on goal but for the outstanding play of the Fire netminder, Richard Sanchez who had a tremendous game and the upper right corner of the goal frame (Royer) it is a different result. BWP continued his torrid pace getting yet another goal.

Creighton product Lucas Stauffer has inked a deal on an USL contract with the team earlier this week. A major player over his 4 years at Creighton he was in 66 games with 9 goals and 12 assists. Picked in the MLS Superdraft by the Whitecaps he is now more than pleased to be with NY.
