Jeff Farnsworth, a busy man with the NWSL Draft and all else at the largest coaching convention on the planet. US Soccer Foundation & CEO Ed Foster-Simeon who has been to a few min pitch dedications in NYC, Visit Baltimore Pres. & CEO Al Hutchinson & Chief of Staff, Baltimore City Public Schools Alison Perkins-Cohen were all present at the press held at the venue for the convention, the Baltimore Convention Center.

Pomykal sidelined by his groin, out of USMNT camp

FC Dallas midfielder, Paxton Pomykal has had his offseason groin injury causing him to go back to his team and their treatment following his surgery. The count will remain at 25 in camp as he will not be replaced.

The third iteration of this amazing event will transpier on Mar. 14, but you already knew that, now as for where in the 2nd CIty it will be, Convene located at 16 West Adams in the Chicago Loop will play host to this great event. The Summit is presented by Deloitte as they with US Soccer put forth their joint ideal of empowering upcoming young women. It will afford college-enrolled women a chance to be involved in panels and workshops focused on the the three core pillars of Career, Confidence & Community.

Chicago Fire look forward with a big piece of their past

It has been an offseason of puzzleing events, players released, coaches added, trades, draft selections MLS wide, and a rebrand out of the Windy City. Now the Fire have made a very good move in tapping Frank Klopas as an asst. to new coach Raphael Wicky's staff. He is a major part of Fire history and has been tied to the team and MLS since the word go back in 1996.

Erice and 'Caps go their Separate ways

Jon Erice will not be partrolling the midfield in the Pacific Northwest for the Vancouver Whitecaps in 2020.

HC Marc Dos Santos said of the player "Jon was a fantastic teammate during his time in Vancouver. We made this decision based on how we see this team moving forward. We wish Jon and his family all the very best."

Erice came to the team las year from Spain side, Albacete Balompie, in MLS, he had 21 games garnering a pair of assists.

Another Baby Bull Moves up to the Big Time

Another New Jersey native has signed with the NYRB, John Tolkin will now begin to write his story as a pro as the team now has their 22nd Homegrown and 25th Academy player overall on the first team. The 17 year old Tolkin, a member of the Red Bulls Academy since 2015 has a total of 79 games in their regular season and 15 goals. During his time there he has had gotten time in  8 games with the U-17 YNT.

U-15 USMNT goes Gonza

The new HC of the U-15NT of the boy' in the US has been announced, Gonzalo Segares, he brings with him his vast history in the game. Just after culminating his playing career back in 2014, he entered the realm of coaching with the USSF as he was already in his 4th year with a Chicagoland youth club, FC United, serving as an asst. academy dir. and HC of the U-14 & 16/17's. He had been with the Chicago Fire and the Coasta Rican NT as a player, now  holding an A license from the USSF.
