GK Alyssa Naeher: We saw her a good deal over the summer with the USWNT and in Sept. she had 14 saves and but a pair of goals. Her Red Stars took all 5 games of the month clinching a playoff          spot and a home game in the playoffs.

D Jaelene Hinkle: Her first goal of the season facing the Royals and her 72.7% tackle succes rate paired with a 71.5% pass success set her up for selection from the Courage.
