A soccer player grew in Brooklyn as this 17 year old is now a pro following James Sands and Long Islander Joe Scally. Haak said, "It's hard to describe. You dream about it almost your whole life." A mutual decision was reached for this separation as announced today. With 23 games this year, the international for Norway had 4 goals and 3 assists while becoming a fan favorite. The 28 year old arrived out of Malmo FF in Jan. of 2018 and played a role in getting to 3rd in the MLS Eastern Conference, with Malmo he had 104 games good for 38 goals and 20 assists. NYCFC thanks him for his contributions to the team and wish him well in the future.

Today the Windy City Club let it be known they have locked in  both Cristian Martinez & Amando Moreno for the 2019 season and team options. Martinez has the 2 year option while Moreno is under a 3 year one. Fire Prez. & GM Nelson Rodriguez stated, "Though still young players, Cristian & Amando have valuable experience." Martinez now 21 was the 4th overall pick in this most recent MLS Waiver Draft, having spent the last 3 years with the Crew, getting 27 egular season games and one in the playoffs.

Jeremiah, out of their Indiana Fire Academy is 21 and now signed through 2019 and the club holds the option for 2020, '21 & '22 is the 11th homegrown signed by the team. Gutjahr informed, "I'm extremely thankful for the opportunity to play for the Chicago Fire." He joined the system at 15 and was captian of his U-15/16 & U-17/18 teams, named to the USSDA top XI with the latter, being rated as one of the best 11 in the Central Conf. for the year, in '16 he had 12 matches for 847 minutes in PDL play.

Chris Richards, the 18 year old now has a 4.5 year contract through June 30. 2023 with the German giant. From Alabama he was signed on loan from Dallas this past July, and had in excess of 1,700 minutes under his belt and over 20 games with them, featured in the clubs first team during the 2018 Audi Summer Tour. Bayern's Campus Manager, Jochen Sauer stated, "We are very happy that we have agreed Chris' transfer from FC Dallas.  Richards added, "I've always dreamt of playing for a big European club, and now I'm at one of the world's top teams."
