HARRISON, N.J. (June 27, 2025) – The New York Red Bulls (8-7-5, 29 pts.) head to PayPal Park for the first time since 2022 on Saturday, July 5 to face the San Jose Earthquakes (7-7-6, 27 pts.). Kickoff is set for 10:30 p.m. ET with coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish, and New York Red Bulls Radio presented by Sports Illustrated in English via the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

This will be the 43rd overall regular season meeting between New York and San Jose, with the Earthquakes holding the series advantage with a 17-15-10 mark. The Red Bulls are currently on a five-match unbeaten streak against the San Jose Earthquakes, which includes back-to-back victories at PayPal Park. The Earthquakes have scored 40 goals this season in MLS, which is the second-most in the league, while New York have only surrendered 24 goals, which is the eight-lowest in the league. San Jose are unbeaten in their last five home matches.
Captain Emil Forsberg scored his sixth MLS goal of the season in New York’s 2-2 draw against Minnesota United FC on Saturday. Forsberg became the eighth player in franchise history to reach 25 goal contributions in his first 40 games with New York. The Swedish international has recorded five goal contributions in three matches against Western Conference opponents this season. Forsberg has now tallied 12 goal contributions across all competitions this year.
