Will MLS Fare Better than Adam & Eve with Apple?

MLS & APPLE:
I have read the Press Release a numbers times, still no idea of what linear TV is, what, no glossary?
Some questions were asked by the lucky few, a bit of additional information also was given out. 80% of the League's fans have watched on streaming, fair enough, I too have, all have had glitches, some major, others hardly burps. Live games, original programing and other MLS events will be shown. It was felt by Apple that to have the MLS content in one place would be best, making it easier for fans and help to grow the game with MLS. With players hailing from 82 nations, MLS is the most diverse of soccer leagues, Apple will help reach this world wide market.
4-5 years past Gary Stevenson of MLS told they began to know of a change in viewership and wanted to be on top of this for the new deal, coming in 2023 with their media rights, as it turns streaming grew far bigger far faster than anticipated. It was asked many times about local TV coverages, and repeated each time in no uncertain terms that there will NOT be any, however to play local radio audio as you watch on stream will be possible.
Garber stated the deal got money into the hands of the owners, without a number attached to that we do not know should that be more or less, again the figure that was not released is a set figure, a minimum. As to ESPN, he had no comment, I read that as some rights are yet to be sold, or re-sold.
Stevenson told that now games will try to be played solely on Wed. and Sat. nights unless facilities are not free those days, Yankee Stadium, cough cough, no summer vacation matinee games?
It was said that Apple came to MLS. Original content is to include more storytelling, pre, post game and halftime shows, locally, teams might do pre-pre game. Beyond North America how all will work is to be determined. For Canadian games it will be in French as well, all in English and Spanish with Portuguese on the horizon.
Some things here I have written elsewhere but now all in one place:
-In the USA 10-25% of the population has no internet, world wide it grows to 37% having never used the internet, 96% of them living in developing nations. Here there are 75 million subscribers to Apple TV, the average household is not 7 people and as for those who are not counted in the Census. That segment of the market lost, did they have TV?
-Despite less than a quarter hour advance notice they stated there were in excess of 130 people participating in the call. Very impressive with literally a moments notice. One area stated it was to start at noon, another 12:15? With that why did the few who were able to asks questions able to ask multiple ones?
-Local TV is now out of the picture, how hard of a sell was that to the 25% stakeholders in MLS Champions, NYCFC, the NY Yankees and their YES Network? All teams had their local deals expire at he same time for this one to take effect over the league.
-Season Ticket Holders will get free membership, no mention of Press however? hmmm.
-A figure that has been bandied about as to the value of the deal, $250 million was not confirmed or denied by @thesoccerdon, but that number continues to turn up. Whatever the price tag on it now it may grow as the business gets bigger.
-Nations League Games, that kept getting referred to as League Games? MLS Next and more will also be streamed.
