By Sean McCaffery, December 28, 2019

From the USMNT U-17 HC to that of the top tier in the US, and the MLS team Chicago Fire just after getting the young ones to a highest total of all with their U-17 World Cup Qualifications at 17 times.  He came to USSF in March and took the U-17's to qualify yet again in May. In the final they fell to El Tri in overtime.

Coach stated "I want to thank US Soccer for the opportunity to lead the U-17 Men's National Team this year. I think their international experiences this year will help them reach new heights in their young careers."

USSF Sporting Director Earnie Stewart informed "Ralpha helped contribute to the international development of some of our brightest young prospects during his time as U-17 MNT head coach. We appreciate all of his work and look forward to seeing him in the professional ranks as the next step of his career."

Wicky joins the club of those who grew their coaching career with USYNT's, leveraging that success to an MLS position, including Peter Nowak, Wilmer Cabrera ( I thought his came with Suffolk CC?), John Hackworth & Tab Ramos.
