THIS IS WHERE GOALS BEGIN!

We did it, New York!

On September 30th, the city that never sleeps woke up to something new, the official opening of the Visa Street Soccer Park and Bank of America Fields in Manhattan at Public School 007.

Beneath the skyline, the turf overflowed with the energy of young players, families, and fans, all celebrating a space built to bring people together through the world’s game.

Leading the celebration was USMNT legend Tim Howard, who reminded us what the beautiful game can mean when it’s rooted in access and community:

"The more opportunities we provide the better it is for our inner city communities around the country. The only reason I'm successful is because people gave me opportunities"

- Tim Howard

The Visa Street Soccer Park and Bank of America Fields and Learning Center at P.S. 007 was made possible thanks to the incredible support of our partners:  Visa, Bank of America, UNIQLO, the Adam R. Scripps Foundation,  The NYC Department of Education and Solais lighting. With the 2026 World Cup on the horizon, we’re marching toward 26 parks across 22 cities this year, creating lasting impact nationwide.

This park isn’t just a place to play, it’s proof that soccer belongs to everyone, everywhere, starting right here in the heart of NYC!

From the streets to the skyline, this is where goals begin!

Our New York Journey

The Visa Street Soccer Park and Bank of America Fields at P.S. 007 is part of our growing story that began with the Teddy van Buren Street Soccer Park and Learning Center in the Bronx at Community School 55. With this opening in Manhattan, our Brooklyn opening in October, and other plans to be announced soon. Street Soccer USA is building an infrastructure citywide and across the region to  strengthen communities through soccer.

Inside the Park

The Visa Street Soccer Park and Bank of America Fields is designed to meet the highest standards, built for both play and learning:

  • Professional soccer–grade turf, providing a world-class playing experience year-round

  • Solais EnergyLite technology lighting, making the game accessible day and night while saving energy

  • Learning Center that functions as both a courtside clubhouse and classroom, where young people can gather, learn, and grow

  • Community-friendly design with seating and open access points

  • A space that’s safe, inclusive, and ready for all ages

Programming Ahead

Programming will include:
