In little over a year, the series between the USL Championship’s Rhode Island FC and Hartford Athletic has become the best new rivalry in American soccer.

On Saturday, it’s set for the national spotlight as the USL on CBS presented by Best Western returns to the CBS Television Network at 4 p.m. ET to bring you all the action from Centreville Bank Stadium, RIFC’s new state-of-the-art soccer-specific venue.

The final round of the 2025 USL Cup group stage is on the horizon, but on Friday the stage is going to be set for the knockout round on CBS Sports Golazo Network.

Morning Footy hosts Aly Trost Martin, Claudia Pagan, Nico Cantor, and Michael Lahoud will conduct the draw at 9 a.m. ET with USL on CBS Analyst Devon Kerr providing live analysis of all the groups.

The 2025 USL W League Final is this Saturday night as Utah United plays host to defending champion NC Courage U23 at 9 p.m. ET at BYU South Field in Provo, Utah.

• Utah United has made a splash in its inaugural season in the W League, advancing through the Western Conference with a collection of talent led by Golden Boot winner Seven Castain.
• NC Courage U23 has used its experience to propel the side to a third consecutive W League Final, with 2024 All-League First Team pick Kayleigh Herr among the squad looking for a second consecutive title.
