Penn FC with a familar flavor having former NY Cosmos players, Harri Hawkins, Richard Menjivar, Salvatore Barone and Lucky Mkosana look to continue after their first 3 points of the season were earned Friday facing even more familiar faces on the Rowdies side with Leo Fernendes, Hunter Gorskie and Sebastian Guenzatti. The 6:30 p.m. kickoff today is part of 3 games in five days, opened with a 3-0 win with the former team of coach Raoul Voss. Voss stated, "We want to enjoy this moment right now." The three goals for Penn began as Kyle Venter got his first goal with the defender hitting at 11 mninutes on a free kick, Tommy Heinemann sent 2 home in 3 minutes during the second stanza. All three goals were headed home, assisted by Jerry Ortiz, Frederick Opoku and Pedro Galvao. Heinemann added, " the mentality grew, especially given our last result, it was superb tonight." The stifiling defense did not allow one shot on goal out of the 16 taken as captain Romu Peiser now has his 2nd shutout on the year. Ottowa has but 2 goals this year and no wins but 2 ties, both at home with NC and RBII carrying a -9 goal aggregate. The 3 games at home have been great for Penn as they have yet to lose and are at a  positive 3 goals. Venter informed, "It definitley ups our confidence knowing that we took care of business at home."
