ATLANTA (August 12, 2025) – The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup – U.S. Soccer’s Club Championship – will swing back into action tomorrow, Wednesday, August 13, with the Philadelphia Union and New York Red Bulls set to square off in the last Quarterfinal Round row.
The Quarterfinal match at Subaru Park in Chester, Pa., which was rescheduled from its original date in mid-July due to severe weather, is set for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff that will stream live on Paramount+ and be simulcast on CBS Sports Network. The winner of that contest will face Nashville SC in the tournament’s first Semifinal Round showdown on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
CBS Sports’ pre-match coverage tomorrow begins at 7:00 p.m. ET across Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network. Aly Trost Martin will host pre-match coverage alongside analysts Nico Cantor, Charlie Davies and Mike Grella, in addition to a post-match show at 9:30 p.m. ET.
U.S. Soccer today announced an update to the kickoff time for the second Semifinal match, set to take place on Wednesday, Sept. 17, between Minnesota United FC and Austin FC. The contest at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minn., has been moved to 8:30 p.m. ET (7:30 p.m. CT/local) to accommodate a United Soccer Leagues-U.S. Open Cup doubleheader on Paramount+ & CBS Sports Network, beginning with a USL League One match at 6:30 p.m. ET.
CBS Sports’ unprecedented coverage of U.S. Soccer’s Club Championship will continue with Paramount+ live streams of every remaining match and CBS Sports Network simulcasts of Wednesday’s Quarterfinal and both Semifinals in September.
