A team puts out Game Notes following all games, listing goals, subs, lineups, details of the game and more. One thing they do list along with all that are the cards issued, last time out, it listed a player on each team getting issued Yellow Cards for "Bad Foul". Now my referee license has been lapsed for some time now, so I of course had to check the Lawa of the Game. I did read and re read the bit on cautionable offenses, Bad Foul was not listed. So again I must wonder what on earth is going on in soccer in this nation. If you want to be a truly professional organization, the words do in fact matter. I have not seen a game or referees report in some time, I would bet that they properly identify why the cards were issued.
