Red Bulls add a 'Keeper

David Jensen, with over 200 hundred pro games under his belt has been signed, the 27 year old from Denmark had last been with FC Utrecht. He has played in both his nation and the Netherlands having been with Utrecht of Holland for the last quartet of seasons, he had 145 games for them and has 33 blank sheets over all games.

RBNY SD Denis Hamlett informed "David brings a wealth of experience to our club. When scoutng David, we were impresed with him on and off the field, we know he is a solid goalkeeper and we think he'll be great in our locker room too. We've got a strong group of goalkeepers to work together and push each other every day in training."

Even before his games in the Eredivise for Utrecht, he was no stranger to top flite soccer as he had been with FC Nordshaelland of the Superligaen, the D1 of Denmark from March of 2009, getting his frist game in Sept. of 2011 as a sub, his final tallies there were 27 shut outs over 85 games.

Long Islander, RBNY HC Chris Armas stated "In speaking with David, I'm confident he'll be a great fit for our team. He is a veteran guy who knows what it takes to win. He brings a different type of experience to our group, having played at a high level in different parts of Europe. We look forward to gettig David intergrated into our team in the coming weeks."

Jensen had been with his YNT at the U-16 through U-21 levels, getting 35 games and has been called into camps for the full NT also. He made the game rosters during World Cup qualifications with his Denmark.
