  • NYCFC II opened the scoring in the 57th minute. Winger Elhadji Samb played a ball near post into the six-yard box to defender Joao Loiola Santos who volleyed the ball into the bottom left corner of the net.
  • The visitors doubled their lead in 63rd minute. Midfielder Cooper Flax struck a right footed free kick from the top of the box into the top left corner of the net.
  • NYCFC II found a third in the 71st minute. Midfielder David Duque played a through ball to forward Ethadji Samb who placed a shot into the top left corner.
  • New York got on the scoresheet in the 74th minute, forward Christian Gallagher pounced on a header from an NYCFC II defender and brought the ball down with his chest and laced a right footed volley into the top left corner.
  • Red Bulls II scored a second goal in the 82nd minute. Winger Dennis Nelich played a lateral ball across the top of the box to midfielder Paul Sokoloff who struck a right footed shot into the bottom left corner.
