New York Red Bulls Head Coach Sandro Schwarz
On CF Montreal…
Yeah, first of all, we have to make the same performance. We need the same energy level like the last home game against Nashville. This is what we need for the road game in Montreal. This is for us, very important to find a very good structure to be compact and this team, Montreal is very aggressive especially with their center backs. They miss as well some players like we will miss on Wednesday, but for me, its is a very aggressive team especially with center back behavior then in the offense behavior, good moments after offensive transition they can create good chances as they have good situations with wingbacks so we have to be ready in our box defending in our defense behavior and also, then in our offensive transition to play with a clear direction.
On the message to the players with certain players missing…
Yeah, it is a very long season, and the rule is here clear so that you are playing during these national breaks or during these tournaments. So, and its then for us the responsibility to find solutions and I think we found in the last game very good solutions, how we can create big chances and good moments for us to score and so, for sure Emil [Forsberg], Lewis [Morgan], and Carlos [Coronel], they are very important players for us, but for me, it is important as well not to lose the energy and to think about how would we play with these players. So, this is now the situation, and our job is then to find the best solution so with our roster. I’m sure that we found in the last game very good solutions, and this is now the next job for Wednesday.

On the Nashville SC match…
Yeah, I think it was a good test for us, you know, it is always a tough test going against Nashville. I think we have tied them three of the last four, but it is something that I think will help us get over the hump. I think we are playing at a good level, we want to go again on Wednesday and get the win in Montreal, so it is a good result for us, of course we want to win, but we went over what we have to do in video, and we go again on Wednesday.
On Wednesday’s match…
Yeah, it is always a tough task playing up in Montreal. It is a little different atmosphere; the crowd is always energetic and behind them. I think we have to bring our best and you know we had a lot of good transition moments offensively and I think hopefully we can go again. I think we want to try to keep a clean sheet game in and game out and that is the goal going up there.
