New York Red Bulls Acquires Two International Roster Spots via Trade with Seattle Sounders FC
HARRISON, N.J. (December 20, 2024) – The New York Red Bulls have acquired two international roster spots from Seattle Sounders FC in exchange for $300,000 of GAM in 2025, and $50,000 of GAM in 2026.
The Red Bulls will open up the 2025 MLS season at TQL Stadium on Saturday, February 22 against FC Cincinnati with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. ET. New York will then play their first match at Sports Illustrated Stadium on Saturday, March 1 against Nashville SC with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
