The neew coaching lineup is in place and not a day or 2 too soon for the derby. HC Domenec Torrent now has his Assts. in Albert Puig and Jord Gris with Ismael Caenforte as Head of Performace and Francesc Cos as DIrector of Performance. They join previously installed Asst. Javier Perez and KG Coach Rob Vartughian.

Together with Telemundo Deportes, NYCFC is dong Watch Parties for the balance of the World Cup , Tues they had a few players out to one. We have on the Facebook page of Soccer Long Island Magazine posted video and still shots of the event here are some quotes, all supplied by NYCFC.

Rodney Wallace foward and WC player:

  On W.C. experience: "It was awesome. For me to be there and represent my country was an unbelievable experience."

Clearer heads prevailed as Bradley Wright-Phillips, Aaron Long & Amir Murillo were selected for this high honor. Long & Murill were coaches picks as BWP was a Commissioner's pick.
