Chicago Fire keep adding new pieces, this time it is Bobby Shuttleworth, the GK is a proven MLS vet, having been with the New England Revoluiton and Minnesota United FC from 2009-'19, gaining 185 games, all but 4 as starts. Last year, he had some time with USL Championship team Sacramento Republic FC.

Fire HC Raphael WIcky informed " Bobby is a true professional and a very experienced goalkeeper. His experience and knowledge of MLS will be very valuable for out team. I look forward to working with him".

Thorarinsson, Gudmundur that is, out of the Swedish team IFK Norrkoping since 2017. He is 27, out of Iceland, think he saw the great movie viewed at the Kicking & Screening FIlm Festival, "Inside the Volcano"? and has played for his nation. He is a bit versitile as he has seen time as a left back and center mid alike. Over the last trio of years, he has 84 games in the top tier of Swedish soccer with 4 goals and 15 assists.

There is a new open roster spot for FC Cincy to fill as the 23 year old and the #13 selection in the MLS SuperDraft of 2019 has been let go. With only 3 appearances on the game roster and not a second of playing time for the team, he had been loaned out to USL team Hartford Athletic where he had 15 games and a goal.

David Jensen, with over 200 hundred pro games under his belt has been signed, the 27 year old from Denmark had last been with FC Utrecht. He has played in both his nation and the Netherlands having been with Utrecht of Holland for the last quartet of seasons, he had 145 games for them and has 33 blank sheets over all games.
