Match Preview: Red Bull New York Head to Soldier Field on Saturday Afternoon to Face Off Against Chicago Fire FC

HARRISON, N.J. (May 8, 2026) – Red Bull New York (3-5-3, 12 pts.) head to Soldier Field on Saturday, May 9 to face off against Chicago Fire FC (5-3-2, 17 pts.). Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. ET with coverage on Apple TV in English and Spanish, and Red Bulls Radio in English via the Red Bull New York app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on Apple TV begins at 2:30 p.m. ET. Neil Sika will have primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Kyndra de St Aubin on the English side, while Sergio Ruiz will have the play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Walter Roque on the Spanish side. Red Bulls Radio presented by Sports Illustrated begins at 2 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Toyota, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley.
This will be the 72nd regular season meeting between New York and Chicago, with the Fire holding the series advantage with a 33-22-16 mark.
