NEW YORK (Friday, May 30, 2025) – The MLS Disciplinary Committee has denied Orlando City SC’s appeal of the red card issued to head coach Óscar Pareja in the 83rd minute of Orlando’s match against Atlanta United on May 28th. Pareja will serve his one-match suspension for the red card on May 30th as Orlando faces the Chicago Fire (7:30 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV).
Each club is entitled to two unsuccessful appeals for Coach/Staff ejections per season, including the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs. Since Orlando’s appeal was unsuccessful, the club has one unsuccessful appeal remaining in the 2025 season.
