NYRB & Hoboken Team up with Murals at Local Field

The beautiful game has now lead to the beautification of a field just a few quick PATH stops from Red Bull Arena. 1600 Park Av Hoboken has benefitted as grafitti is now covered and the area improved. Hudson County Exec. Tom DeGise stated, "We gladly welcome this wonderful addition to the park." Hoboken Mayor, Ravinder Bhalla stated, "I would like to extend an enormous gratitude to the Red Bulls. The generosity of the Red Bulls, and the city of Hoboken is incredibly grateful." Ori Carino of NYC designed this mural showing the cityscapes of NYC & Hoboken joined with supporters depicting the passion and energy of Red Bull supporters. Shown herein are young and pro players in the team's system. The 9 Home Grown Players on the First Team include 6 from Jersey, illustrating the advancement  of the players in the system. There are 5 fully supported teams and over 40,000 children in the tri-state benefit from pro coaching via camps, clinics and training programs. Additionaly another wall will show the team huddled to push sportsmanship and teamwork for those using the field for any number of sports. Christina Giunta Quarino of NYRB said, " The Red Bulls organization and fan base has a deep affinity for Hoboken." This art installation is proximate to the Hoboken waterfront, the park has restrooms, a dog run, viewing hill and slide hill to go with the turf multi purposed for soccer lacrosse, minor league baseball and seating. Ori Carino told, " As I painted these murals next to Hoboken's beautiful soccer field, I was reminded of the incredible evolution of a player as they follow their dreams. For me, this mural is a celebration of diversity and this great game."
