NWSL Enters Last Day

By Sean McCaffery, October 17, 2020

The top women's league on the planet is winding down, today. They have a pair of good games on tap as Orlando and the Courage meet up, should the charges of Paul Riley win, it will be 3rd place for the Verizon Community Shield. Their taking the 3 spot has their community partner gain $10,000, while there will be a halftime presentation to the Thorns, the team of Garden City's Emily Menges as they get the Shield from Commish. Lisa Baird that brings $25,000 to their community partner.

More local ties as the Reign with injured GK Michelle Betos who we met at a fundraiser in the name of Menges' late brother, Bobby, Allie Long & Jasmyne Spencer host Utah. Will this be the sole win of the Fall series against the team that hosted the Cup?

How to watch, both are on Twitch, it has been working out very well. First up are Orlando & NC at 4 p.m. ET on CBS, CBS All Access, & Twitch then at 8 p.m. ET the Reign & Royals kick off on CBS All Access & Twitch.
