From her days as a student activist and organizer to her career as a leader in gender, education, and youth development, Dr. Mlambo-Ngcuka has worked tirelessly toward effecting positive change in human rights, equality, and social justice.
“Young people love sports, and it’s important to make sure that their love of sports must become a mechanism for them to get better health… [Soccer] can be, and has been, a life-saver for many young people.”
