Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain drew 0-0 at a packed Orange Velodrome, with the visitors reduced to ten men after the second-half dismissal of Achraf Hakimi.
Both sides had goals ruled out for offside in the opening period, despite the visitors enjoying the lion's share of possession.
Morocco international Hakimi was given his marching orders for bringing down OM forward Cengiz Under on the edge of the penalty area (57') but despite the numerical advantage, Marseille was unable to break down a solid PSG backline as le Classique ended goalless for the first time since October 2016.
There were some positive things to take from the game," said PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino who is now unbeaten in his three games against OM since taking over at the capital club. "The team was solid, we showed character and we were well organised, both with and without the ball. It's a shame to have played with ten-men for nearly 40 minutes. But even under these conditions, we controlled the game.
Reflecting on the result, OM coach Jorge Sampaoli said: "We had opportunities, but what we missed was the finishing touch. Overall, I think the draw is a fair result."

Ten-man Lyon crumble at Nice
Lyon threw away a two-goal lead in the final ten minutes to lose 3-2 against Nice at the Allianz Riviera.
Goals from Karl Toko Ekambi (35') and Houssem Aouar (68') put Peter Bosz’s side in the driving seat but the game turned on its head ten minutes from time when Youcef Atal pulled a goal back for Nice. Then, OL striker Tino Kadewere was shown a straight red card for a reckless challenge (85'). A galvanised Nice drew level through an Andy Delort penalty (89') before substitute Evann Guessand snatched a dramatic winner in the dying seconds.

LOSC captain Jose Fonte admitted that the reigning champions are going through a 'difficult period' after a 1-1 draw at home to Brest that leaves them in tenth place on the table.
Jonathan David opened the scoring for Les Dogues with his seventh strike of the season (19') only to be pegged back by Romain Faivre’s deflected free-kick for Brest (32').
"It's difficult right now but we're not going to give up, we're going to continue to work," said last season’s title-winning captain, Fonte. "In life, there are difficult times, but we must continue to react, work and not stop. It's difficult to accept but we will continue to work, fight, and be more positive."

Nantes sneak past Clermont
Nantes continued their impressive form with a 2-1 win against Clermont at La Beaujoire, despite both teams being reduced to ten men.
Clermont's Johan Gastien (30') and Nantes' Sebastien Corchia (39') were both shown red cards during a frantic nine-minute period in the first half.
Andrei Girotto opened the scoring for Les Canaris (38') but were pegged back by Mohamed Bayo's sixth goal of the season for Clermont (49'). Ludovic Blas scored the winner for Nantes on the hour as Antoine Kombouaré's men moved up to seventh on the table.

"For 80 minutes, we were unable to impose ourselves the way we wanted," said a jubilant Nice coach Christophe Galtier. "This victory will strengthen our squad. Lyon is a very good team but the character we showed to come back in the final ten minutes will make me reflect on my selections going forward."
