Though out of the CCL, this MLS side from the North is still at it for the locals as they donate backpacks & masks from their foundation. With Sun Youth's Holiday campaign, they are reaching thousands of families in need, it was made known today. Dec. 19, will see them donate 1,000 backpacks containing 1,000 masks made out of recycled Impact kits in October. A group of 5 skilled tailors made them, proudly in Montreal.
Montreal Impact Foundation Pres. Carmine Frasseti Saputo informed " The Montreal Impact Foundation is proud to help protect the health of the most vulnerable youth in our community. In the pandemic, we gave a second life to these jerseys and encouraged sustainable development. I want to thank Sun Youth for their collaboration in our project."
The effort by Sun Youth will enable the purchase of food and toys to assist the tens of thousands of people receive their Christmas baskets.
