Highlighting the efforts of the team in the week's effort raising over $10,000 for West End families. The league wide initiative, #MLSUnites seeks out players and others to do good things locally, FCC has players involved with the Council on Aging in Southwestern OH as they put out essential goods, doing a video call with players from the West End Pride, a reading initative with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and financial assitance to student meals in the West End as schools are now closed.
Team pres. Jeff Berding informed "One of FC CIncinnati's club pillars is being visible in the community and we're thrilled to have an institution as active as the FC Cincinnati Foundation to lead us in that area."
Below are some of the things the Foundation are involved with:
-West End Student Meal Support, thus far over $10,000 in donations have been made by the team, fans, partners & team staff. Players Siem de Jong, Bobby Edwards, Tommy McCabe & Nick Hagglund have also sought out help as support for the families while this pubic health concern keeps up. These monies assit the student meal efforts at a few schools there.
-Council on Aging Essential Needs Distribution, team members Nick Hagglund, Kekuta Manneh, Haris Medunjanin & Tommy McCabe gave up their time to this group to deliver esssential items to seniors who are home bound at this time. The Council is a NFP set on rasing the quality of life for the aging population and those wiith disabilities, their families and caregivers.

-YMCA "Story Time with a Soccer Star", with Gregg Garza, also covered.
-West End Non-Perishables Collection, with the Seven Hills Neighborhood House, the team is seeking support with such food. The House boasts a central paltry and bread room, it affords those with need supplies of critical food in the area, They also deliver to those unable to get out to them. Mon.-Fri they accept donations from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. @ 901 Findlay St, Cincinnati OH 45214.
