FCB the biggest club in all of Germany and one of the top teams world wide in the history of the game has begun a new effort to combat the racism that has gotten more than a toe hold of late in the game. The gaol of this is to halt the exclusion, insults & intolerance in soccer.
Prez. Herbert Hainer stated "With our campaign we want to show that the club is against hatred, agitation and all kinds of violence. Racism is one of the worst forms of discrimination and has no place in our world. Soccer has to be fun. That's what FC Bayern stands for-as well as the values of tolerance, respect & diversity".
Current team CEO and past top player world wide for the team, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge informend "In the past there have been incidents in the stadiums of the Bundesliga that we all cannot allow. We are concerned about the increasing number of cases of racism. That is why we are showing racism the red card. With our long planned campaign "Reds Against Racism", we want to help ensure that our stadium culture, which is envied all over Eurpoe, is again determined by reason and humanity."
