There is a new open roster spot for FC Cincy to fill as the 23 year old and the #13 selection in the MLS SuperDraft of 2019 has been let go. With only 3 appearances on the game roster and not a second of playing time for the team, he had been loaned out to USL team Hartford Athletic where he had 15 games and a goal.
This is not good, to not retain so high of a draft pick scant weeks after the next SuperDraft, given the struggles of this new MLS team it makes it worse yet. It has been said that the draft may get phased out, citing this years not being done at the USC convention, it was thought to be a keystone event and from those that did attend, I was informed its' absence was palpable.
