New Jersey, New Philanthropy for Sporting Kansas City

We shared on Facebook he event showing he new kit for SKC, to go along with that is this new partnership to mark the team's quarter century mark in the MLS. The Victory Project has them linking with Children's Mercy KC with this "A Force for Good" effort.

During 2021, the 25th  anniversary of entering the top flight of soccer in the USA, the tops the team will sport at Sporting KC highlight this endeavor on the front of the kit with "Victory Project", emblazoned there. the left sleeve will show Children's Mercy and Compass Minerals, he official plant nutrition and salt provider, on the right. This will be the first time a charitable foundation is on the front of the season long jerseys for a club in MLS history. Pat of all sales will go to this partnership.

Jake Reid, team Pres. & CEO told "Sporting Kansas City is incredibly proud to showcase the Victory Project and Children's Mercy through this special campaign.. From the jerseys we wear on the field to the philanthropic programs we lead off the field, Sporting is dedicated to being a force or good across the region."

Paul Kempinski, Pres. & CEO Children's Mercy KC added "Every child deserves the opportunity to live in a world of well-being and Sporting Kansas City has been a strong supporter of our Patient Family Support Services.  We're honored to be recognized on the jersey alongside the Victory Project that highlights our collaborative efforts to help area children-especially those battling cancer-get the support and resources they need to achieve he well-being they deserve."

During this coming season, "A Force for Good" will have The Victory Project expand their dedication to assist young ones and link with nearby others to achieve vital local needs. There are a quartet of areas that they will focus on.

1 The Victory Project & Children's Mercy, stay set with assisting young one stricken by cancer on the daily.

2 Sporting Wishes: the biggest of the Victory Programs items, it addresses wishes of those unfortunate children that suffer a relapse or another cancer. This year it will keep in bringing dreams to reality as they get these major wished to come true for children of all ages and backgrounds.

3 Soccer for All Kids: The Victory Project brings soccer out to more children with less. Covering dealing with partners, nfp's, schools and other groups to get soccer to those without it.

4 Sporting Community Kitchen: Begun in April 2020, getting over 30,000 meals out to KC people impacted by the Corona virus. This comes back in 2021 as a push to get meals to kids and families in need.
