Futty Danso has returned to the defensive corps of NCFC. HC Colin Clarke is glad to have him back, in that he is a returning player familiar with the landscape, the system and feels he will be a great addition. Danso was pleased to return to a team that has done so much for him going back to his PDL days, he has witnessed the clubs achivements and is charged up to be part of the growth. While with NCFC  the first go 'round, Futty played 1,450 minutes over 19 games, getting one goal, spending 6 years with the Timbers, to go along with time in Montreal and OKC. Last year saw him play in Malaysia for Kelantan FA in their Super League with 1,980 miutes over 22 games. The native of Gambia played his college ball at NC Wesleyan & Southern Polytech State Univ and the NCFC U-23's in the PDL.
