By Sean McCaffery, October 9, 2019

Just what I would want, start my job with the playoffs, raise performance with a big gap between games is not so bad though is it? This is what is ahead as she has left the same position with Southampon Football Club of the Premier League, a job she held since 2016. She has 9 years of service with the PL side as she began in 2011 with their academy, since 2016 she has been charged with having video analysis play a bigger role in keeping up with plays and coaches for reviewing purposes as they get ready for games. Utilizing various analysis tools that were employed to aid in player development and performace was key. Now with RBNY, see will be looked to supervise and grow their utilization of analytics over a broad spectrum including opponent scouting, game readiness as well as judging players from the first team onto the academy. Dennis Hamlett, Sporting Director for NYRB stated, "On behalf of the club, I'd like to welcome Natasha. We are excited to have Natasha join us. We will lean on Natasha to improve our use of data at all levels of the club."  Following her first year with the team, Southhampton was promoted to the PL, the top rung in England and they are still there. In England, she brougth in a system of uniform video and performance analysis to their well respected academy through first teams, thusly building yet another  connect between the both and enhancing the development process. Those who passed through this academy include Garthe Bale, Adam Lallana, Theo walcott. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlin & Josh SIms now the RBNY on loan and doing a great job.

-Coming in just as we head into the playoffs is an exciting time.

-My role here will be working with the players and coaches also helping the players develop tactially.

-My role will be not just with the first team. My background is more in line with the same principals here.My role will be, over the years to come, giving the best prepearation for the players so when they come to the first team, they're in good habits.
