Additionally, Miazga will undergo a behavioral assessment through the Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health (SABH) Program and may petition for a reduction in suspension based on continued commitment and compliance with any recommended treatment programs.
The suspension will be served during the remainder of FC Cincinnati’s games during the Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs, with any remaining suspension served during the 2024 MLS regular season.

Editor's Note: The referees union are who took the lead on this as best I know. The name of a reporter they dealt with was given to media. Big mistake, other outlets with that information have not shared it. I was next to the other and what was stated was spot on yet being questioned by those who were not present? In the past a coach had a member of his staff at the corner flag, well beyond the technical area. He was there the whole time, never carded, moved, etc. It was brought to the attention of security at the half, nothing done. I had 70? images the person, the only one in a chair and in team gear with a clipboard with a field on shouting out to the players. The league did zero, I spoke to them sent images, nothing let hem know I am siting on the story to not interfere with their investigation, finally gave them one last day, they did zero. We are now well over 3 weeks from this incident, too long to settle it. I expected 5 games, though a pair in the playoffs may equate to that in importance, so 3 sits well with me. Again not a hit piece on Miazga. I was joking him as usual post game.
