A Kylian Mbappé hat-trick helped Paris Saint-Germain to a comfortable 5-0 win over Metz at the Parc des Princes, relegating Frédéric Antonetti's men in the process.
Mbappé notched his treble (25', 28' & 50') with Neymar (32') and the departing Angel Di Maria (67') adding to the Parisians emphatic score line.

Marseille thrashed Strasbourg 4-0 at the Orange Velodrome to pip Monaco to the runners up spot.
Two goals from in-form Brazilian midfielder Gerson (32' & 89') and strikes from Cengiz Ünder (73') and Cédric Bakambu in added time handed OM a vital three points.
"It was difficult for the heart," said a relieved Marseille coach Jorge Sampaoli after leading his side to the Champions League qualification. "There are a lot of emotions today. I am very happy for the group, the players have had an incredible year. We must congratulate them on that, I thank them very much."

Monaco suffer a late slip-up
Monaco let slip their advantage in the dying seconds, drawing 2-2 at Lens to finish third on the table.
Goals from Benoît Badiashile (34') and Wissam Ben Yedder (62') cancelled out Przemysław Frankowski's (30') opener for the hosts. But just as Monaco was ready to claim the runners up spot, Ignatius Ganago equalised for Lens in the sixth minute of added time.
"It's a huge disappointment," said Monaco coach Philippe Clément who led his side to nine wins and a draw from their last ten games. "But my pride in my players, staff and leaders is much greater than that. I've seen a team of winners in recent months take the 3 points in every game. I am sure we will bounce back from this disappointment."

Rennes battle to point at LOSC
Rennes twice fought back from a goal down to salvage a 2-2 draw at LOSC.
Timothy Weah hit a double for the outgoing champions (11' & 88') with Benjamin Bourigeaud (41') and Sehrou Guirassy (90') replying for the visitors who will play Europa League football next season.

Saint-Étienne get a second chance
A dramatic late goal from Romain Hamouma earned Saint-Étienne a 1-1 draw at Nantes.
Ludovic Blas' penalty put Nantes ahead (23') before Hamouma struck with 11-minutes remaining to give Les Verts another shot at survival via a two-legged play-off with Ligue 2 side Auxerre next week.
