Allan at just 15 is now the 20th overall Homegrown player for the club overall. This midfielder is contracted through 2023, '24 is a club option.
Fire HC Raphael WIcky informed, "The signing of Allan proves the success of the Academy program under the leadership of Cedric Cattenoy & Brian Roberts. The Academy recognized the talent that Allan possesses and have been able to develop him to this point as he earns a Homegrown contract. We're excited to welcome Allan to the first time."
Found through the Indiana Fire Academy scouting staff, including it's TD Phil Presser, Allan come to them in late 2017. Jan. 2019 had him moved to the Chicago Fire Academy to grow his abilities with the deeper support in the Windy City. Over 21 games for the Academy, 15 starts, he has a goal and assist.
Presser added "We're excited for Allan and his family as he has shown, he has the tools to perform at an optimal level both on and off the field. Our close relationship with Chicago afforded this opportunity and we appreciate what they've done for Allan's continued growth in the game."
Scant months after getting to the Fire Academy and getting time with the DA, Allan was brought into a YNT camp. As 2019 closed, he served as captain of the U-15's to the top spot in Group B of the Concacaf Boy's U-15 Championship, falling out in the semis to host Portugal.
