FC Cincinatti is still Wheeling & Dealing

Before the first game and scant hours after making their 5 selections in the 2018 MLS Expansion draft, FCC has already paid out in excess of $1,000,000 in Allocation Money. Just after the draft, they dropped a quarter mil. on ATL UTD for Greg Garza, now another $825,000 goes to the Whitecaps for Kendall Watson along with an international spot. This establishes a new record in money for a single defender. Shoud FCC trade or transfer the player, the 'Caps will recieve a piece of the action, should Kendall achive particular performance based  levels they also are in line for $75K to reach this high dollar amount. "Caps HC, Marco Dos Santos stated, "FIrst and foremost we are thankful to Kendall for his 4.5 seasons at the club. However we evaluated his desire for a new challange and what we want from out team moving forward." At 30 years of age he had 15 goals with 6 assists over his 137 games with Vancouver as he arrived in 2014 after a trade from Deportivo Saprissa at the start of the 2017 season he was named just the 3rd captian in their MLS history.
